If anything looks remotely questionable, a spa owner will find himself / herself at a hearing. Fortunately if everything is fine, the defendant is vindicated.
I believe the case involving Spa Pleasures has already been dismissed. As I understand it, there was an allegation related to a therapist's license.
On another note, I hear that an old CT haunt is being resurrected. I'm actually pretty excited as I truly received one of the best therapeutic massages there. Vivian did more for my shoulder's range of motion in two sessions than six weeks of ridiculously expensive physical therapy.

I know this place is in the burbs. But, it was fun enough to share with you all. All I am going to say about Hollywood spa is that its a very fun place to go and relax. Its pricey, yes.
