When I first started readiong the article I thought the one guyt kidnapped two teens and forced themn into prostition, but this implies they went home between hooking for this guy and then had to sneak of their homes so he could force them to hook for him. Just like the Secret Service protects the President but they're also responsible for counterfeiting and credit card fraud.
