I chose the most optimal to me which was 140 for BBBJ + CIM. I think it could be negotiated.

100 for FS might be difficult. Take 140-150 with you and if FS doesn't work out, go for closest one you want.

BBBJ + CIM = house + 80-100.

CFS = house + 100-140.

I just leave the donation under my hat with a raincoat if I'm wanting CFS and tell her to go take a look and she's never asked for more. One time she did CFS for HH 40+100 and during the hug good by she said next time bring more. I told her I had another $100 at home if she wanted to go again. She stopped by after work for a shower and some fun. That's when I was living in snellville near where she was staying.
