Saw white boots from my last post walking down the hill in front of the motorcycle ramp bar, this time in jeans.

Still in the work and/or weather malaise that has slowed down any intensive recons. The couple times in the last ten days when I've been out to pick up a regular either JCB>Fremont or JCB> Division routes are as far as I bothered & then home. Empty from JCB>Stark where 82nd & a couple of blocks in all compass directions was blocked w/ PPD. A real pain in the ass to divert around the whole mess. Reports of multiple shots fired according to clerk at tobacco place nearby or as I call it now just another Portland Tuesday night.

Sadly I was late as it was. Oh well. I like to keep an eye out on the walking girls along Sandy. You never know what you might find.
