ok-question. I know if past raids here and elsewhere LE (otherwise known as sleezebag) is not allowed to touch the provider. I'm guessing this is where the touch me to prove your not LE before anything gets discussed comes in.
Scenario a - client goes into AMP and gets bodyrub. (note not massage). Provider says or does nothing to initiate the 'money or sex' discussion unless/until the client puts his hand on her privates. At this point I would think that he has gone over the line as to touching the provider and the finish can be done. Again nothing has to be said just understood between the client and provider. Hopefully the client will not be an idiot and will leave a tip. Again from what I've understood the 'sleezebag' is not allowed to touch. will some idiot try and leave without paying...no doubt but it seems safer for the provider.
Scenario B - non-amp provider. Again before all gets started nothing is said. The client comes over for a get together. No money shown or talked about. The client "proves' he isn't 'sleezebag' by touching her privates and then the show goes on. Again this is precipated by the theory that LE isn't allowed to touch the girl (provates at least) and if he did then she could cry foul or assault ect......

So what da ya think. How much was she paid by all these 'save the world' groups to do this? Big bucks I'm sure. Most colleges and professors will steer real clear of these type of 'research projects'.

That some of the local LE establishment is getting laid for free. We do know that they are getting some nice political donations and I'm sure some are getting something on the side.
Now that would be a great thesis to write. How many of the customers are part of the establishment that is fighting so hard to get rid of them and how much is going to these crooked people who voted them out? I mean we have donations, look the other way donations and I'm sure some ownership stake. After all we know what a non-corrupt goverment runs RI and particually Prov.
Sleezebags, great description btw, are allowed to lie. SB and provider alone in a room, who is to say what really happened. Prosecuter and judge going to take the word of a provider over a highly respected member of the le community? I don't think so. He's going to pop a nut then arrest her.

The faculty sponsor was Donna Hughes, who has made a career out of conflating prostitution with human trafficking. The data source was us.

I have read the "thesis" and anyone who does so will see that her agenda is clear, as you have said.
Call me naive if you wish, but I've seen no evidence that the ladies at the places I've visited were being coerced into their line of work, or that they were under legal age. I would not be happy if I did detect this. I, for one, would find it repulsive to pay for the companionship of a lady who was forced or coerced in any way, or who was not old enough to make her own decisions! What's better in life than two adults freely agreeing to have a good time together? Not much, IMHO.

Paid a visit to One on Monday. I was a bit alarmed to see a News truck parked a block away on Atwells but they looked like they were packing up after a noon time live report. I think it was channel 12 but I could be wrong. I decided to continue and parked several blocks away. By the time I walked back, they were gone. Coast clear for a discrete entrance.
Inside it was business as usual and they said it was slow. Of course Mondays usually are.
I've been searching the TV channel web sites and only found this story from a few days ago.

In this report, LE says they will be enforcing it but not as thier top priority. Time will only tell.

Anyway, talked to the owner today of a long established AMP. He is one of those owners who have stayed low key and fly’s way below the radar. He claims business as usual; he is legally entitled as well as licensed in the city of PVD to have his staff administer “body rubs”. So I guess the point I make is that if you had established a relationship with the management or a particular girl/girls, and there is a mutual trust, things should be just fine. I would stay on the down low for the first month because god only knows what those 3 low rent PVD television stations are planning. Common sense my friends

I have not contributed in quite some time as I have been unusually busy but had just a little extra time this afternoon. As is my practice, I try to visit new places and offer a report.
I ventured to 100 Fountain Street in Providence and visited Capitol Massage.
They advertise like mad on CL and while they say non sexual. You and I sometimes know a little better. In fact, I thought it may be a "place ahead of the curve" offering discrete extras, preparing for the eventuality which is soon to be upon us.
I arrived, and I feed the meter, the place is in the shadow of the Sportsman, which gives me a good feeling. The front of the building is reminiscent of the combat zone in Boston. There is the neon OPEN, I enter and then have to ring the bell to get in. All good signs.
I get in and am met by Jess. She is twenty something, kinda cute, and I can visualize her performing a variety of functions on the little guy.
Then it starts.
I have to fill out the massage new client registration. All bull shit of course. She grabs my intro fee of $59.00 (a figure I recall. Nod nod, wink wink).
Off to the room, and they have a ton of them (also a good sign). She tells me to undress, leave underwear on and to lay down and drape myself to my chest. Sounding bad.
Notfornutthin, but I have had 5,000 plus massages and whenever someone tells me to leave underwear on, we are playing insecure amateur hour here.
She comes in, totally unprepared bumping into everything and gets to the action itself. She rubs and rubs and rubs. I ask where she went to school locally and tells me she is untrained. Immediately, I think that there has to be a reason why someone would come here as her massage was OK, but uninspired. I wait for the question, the hint, the caress of the ass. IT NEVER CAME, nor did I.
I get changed and on the way out, there is a woman at the desk who I can only describe as Elvira of vampire fame. Jess gives me a slip of paper with her info on it and there was a hot little smiling blond number there as well.
I have descent radar and I tell you that there M U S T be extras available, but I did not ask the right question or make the right move, or something else. You could feel it in the air.
So, if someone has inside info or perhaps knows Jess a little better than I do, please get in touch. On a purely pragmatic level, no reason to visit again or ever.
One note, as I was leaving, apparently Jess had mentioned to Elvira that I asked where she went to school and Elvira asked me three times how I enjoyed my rub. First time that word was ever used and all the artwork says massage. As far as I can see, they are operating illegally and are unlicensed by the state, as I am aware of the requirements for a massage therapist license in RI, and they are comprehensive and time consuming to fulfill.
I hope someone, ANYONE has the "magic word" to say to get some action. The girls looked cute and offer a different scene when not in the mood for fried rice.
