Never. It's almost always a scam. You will send the money and, when it comes time to see the provider, she will ghost you. Or worse. This is a new trend that I've seen providers (or, more likely, their handlers) pulling more and more lately. "advance payment required to meet". Or "must buy my premium SC to book a meet up".
