If you give it a try no need to negotiate fee up front, just leave behind what you think is fair.

She PMs me a suggestive BJ reply with a Kansas phone number. It may mean no refund for me because she included a contact method which goes against WYP policy.

I reported her anyway and appealed the policy. We had no prior conversation yet she sends her number immediately. If that's not the MO of a scammer, I wrote, then I don't know what is!
