As for the setting things up in advance, the only advice I can give, is that when you find one that sticks to a date, treat her like gold. I seem to have about a 80% ghost rate setting things up in advance with new providers. I try to stick to late morning / early afternoon myself and still find the selection somewhat limited. If I have visited before and I'm comfortable with the location I will visit at night but that is fairly rare.
