Carrie used to live in Bay View but has moved to Jefferson. I would like to know whether anyone has seen her visiting Mke lately.

I had an appointment with Bianca for 3:00 last Thursday. I called at 12:30 to confirm and everything was go. I took a bus from the south side to her location in Brookfield. (I am legally blind). I called several times over a 20 minute period and no answer. Finally, after about 30 minutes I gave up. She texted me one hour later and said she had a hospital emergency. Yeah right, I've heard that one before. So much for missing her. That's two hours of my life I'll never get back.
