I think we can safely assume a COUPLE of things -.

1. Any stings LE conducts is going to happen in a "hotel / motel" setting. LEs not going to put civilians at risk and disrupt their lives, so apartments / private homes should be SAFE.

2. Like the old saying goes, "If it looks to good to be true. ". Trust me, only in our FANTASIES are "SUPERMODELS" working the BX. On the flipside, if you see an ad where the "pro" looks "ghetto," that's probably good to go, too. Popo aint going to put that much effort to make some "ho pic" look "AUTHENTIC".

3. The guy who got that text probably went further with the "pro" in discussing further details. I've contacted TONS of "pros" in the BX, to do some price comparison, and not once have I gotten a text like that. Remember, anyone can dial and get a WRONG number. Could you imagine the SHITSHOW the popo would cause if they mistakenly sent that shit to a "CHURCH lady? Nah, I'm thinking this dude got into some details with some people he SHOULDN'T have.

When you think about they are more "trustful" so it's easier to get guys there. There are more possibilities to have a microphone, camera and cops in other room. How would you know if it's privet apartment or 3 day shared rent apartment?

I still think LE would be more willing to set up a sting in a hotel / motel because of the transient nature of such places, plus it would be easier to control the environment, IMO.
