Even if they are watching and taking down your plates I am still confused as to what they can do with that information. It is not illegal to go into an adult book store or the backroom. It is also not illegal to go into a booth with a female anymore than it is to go into a hotel room with a female. I am not even sure if they could bust you for having sex in a booth with a locked door unless they could prove that you were paying to get it. At some point they may plant a girl in there, but if anyone is dumb enough to talk about money before seeing some goods then they deserve to be busted. If you have a warrant or are carrying a gun, knife, or drugs, then yes I would stay away.
Also, does the smoke bother anyone else? I thought that was illegal inside in this state. You are more likely to get busted for that than anything else.
[QUOTE=Johnnybiggun; 1390437]My brother is a local LEO, he told me that the Capitol ABS is safe from LEO for now but the upper brass are discussing what to do with the situtation, just a matter of time, my brother estimates 3 to 4 weeks before a major bust of any kind at the Capitol ABS. I think I will be visiting this weekend one last time since Jen is back in action.
Thanks for the heads up Johnny. I'll definitely take it to heart. Play safe.

Also, it is illegal for persons of the opposite sex to occupy the same bedroom at a hotel for immoral purposes. I'm pretty sure the chances of the state pursuing charges are slim, but if they wanted to make a point, it is a felony.
North Carolina's Sodomy Law.
North Carolina enforces § 14-177. Crime against nature against any person who "shall commit the crime against nature, with mankind or beast". North Carolina awards a punishment classified as a Class I felony upon successful conviction, with a presumptive imprisonment of two years.
The legislative intent and purpose of this section is to punish persons who undertake by unnatural and indecent methods to gratify a perverted and depraved sexual instinct which is an offense against public decency and morality.
[State v. Stubbs. 266 N. C. 295, 145 S. E. 2d 899 (1966) ]
[State v. Adams. 299 N. C. 699, 264 S. E. 2d 46 (1980) ]
Unmarried persons are subject to prosecution for consensual fellatio done in private.
[State v. Poe. 40 N. S. App. 385, 253 S. E. 2d 843, cert. Denied and appeal dismissed. 298 N. C. 303, 259 S. E. 2d 304 (1979) , appeal dismissed. 445 USA 947, 100 S. Ct. 1593, 63 L. Ed. 2d 782 (1980) ]
North Carolina also prohibits Fornication which includes "habitual intercourse" as proscribed behavior punishable as a Class 2 misdemeanor.
[State v. Davenport. 225 N. V. 13, 33 S. E. 2d 136 (1945) ]
[State v. Ivey. 230 N. C. 172, 52 S. E. 2d 346 (1949) ]
[State v. Kleiman. 241 N. C. 277, 85 S. E. 2d 148 (1954) ]
The privilege of marriage is explained to be an avoidance of prosecution for legal access to habitual intercourse with one's sexual partner.
[State v. Robinson. 9 B. C. Appp. 433, 176 S. E. 2d 253 (1970) ]
It is also illegal for persons of the opposite sex to be occupy the same bedroom at a hotel for immoral purposes. The penalty after a successful conviction is a Class 2 misdemeanor. This section may be constitutional because of the vagueness of the term "immoral purposes" which would include immoral, but legal acts.
[State v. Sanders. 37 N. C. App. 53, 245 S. E. 2d 397 (1978) ]

[feedly mini][/QUOTE]I think the main thing here is how many of you want to spend time downtown. I have a lawyer and bail on retainer, and they would rather eat a bullet than talk to my wife on such. Most folks are going to have to come up with a lot of cash to walk, even if the charges are BS.
Besides, I don't want to see pics of my monger brothers on the front page of The Slammer!
Ok, points taken thanks for clearing that up for me.
There is still nothing in there that states you can't be in the backroom of an adult bookstore. I guess the timing would unfortunately be everything. If you were in a booth when they came crashing in you could probably end up in some trouble.
Just woke up from a nice dream, in which I popped into the asc and met summer then caught up with hailey. I was looking for jen, of course. Summer was more attractive than jen, and for. 4 my dream included a BBBJ. Waited around outside for a couple of hours with my favorite book (weird dream, huh?) and hailey showed up. By then, around 10pm, the place was dead. Went inside, and. 4 got me hailey's CBJ. Maybe it's the tongue piercing, or maybe its that she can take it a couple of inches deeper, but the CBJ was far better. Had to finish by hand, since I'd already popped earlier, but still enjoyed it thoroughly.
This place is great. 1/4 the price of a hotel, you see what you get before you buy, and clearly not nearly as risky as picking a girl off the street.
Still haven't dreamt of jen yet, and I guess time's running out on that.
Overall, woke up very happy.

It is good that you are paying attention and learning from what a lot of us already know. There is an ABS in Gastonia that is really nice, but the city wants them closed down. There is FAR more going on in the back in that store and theater than will ever happen on the hill. You are correct, there is nothing they can do to you for just being there. That is your right. HOWEVER, read the signs on the walls. They are #1 the truth and #2 there to provide some sorta coverage for owner / management. The signs in the parking lot are not there just for giggles. They can and will enforce sitting in your vehicle.
There are plenty of ABS's and Theaters that have been taken by police. Many times they just scare the patrons and other times they simply create a hassle by taking you down town and making you fill out paperwork. It is that, a hassle and you may or may not be delayed and have to explain why that one hour trip to the store became 6 to 8 hours.
No one is trying to get you scared or upset. I think we all want to help keep each other out of trouble. Many of us have been doing this for years and have seen an ebb and flow of such activities. Management controls the store. It was not that many months ago that there were no girls in the back because management was either threatened by LEO or they created unnessary attention to the activities. I have seen this swing several time over the past 6 years I have lived in the area.
Just be careful dude. Watch, read and learn. It has a flow and it has a pattern. Right now, the pattern is looking pretty hot based on what I have read and seen as well as what I know from the past.

I will certainly take heed to your comments and appreciate you helping to clear it up for me. I have been very fortunate with my SW Dreams in the past in a few different states and saw this as a bit safer avenue.
Anyway, as I don't charge, don't do drugs, don't carry money into abs, and don't have a weapon, I only need to add "in-private" to my verbage and no more couch activities. I should be having more fun soon enough and will keep an eye open for any bust or other leo activities. Lawrence v. Texas and other weak verbage make prosecution difficult at best.
Found out a bit more info today from my brother. Seems Uncle LEO is mainly watching the owners and workers at the Capital ABS. As for the working girls and the John's, they will most likely just give you a hard time, the main thing that the SW's in Raleigh are busted for is the drugs that they have on them when thay are busted. The local Judges give much longer jail times for drug charges than they do for illegal sex acts. Now this is different in other towns and cities in North Carolina. Checkout [url]http://www.bustedmugshots.com/[/url] And compare for yourself what gets women in Raleigh busted versus say Charlotte and Greensboro, most of the women busted in Raleigh are for drug charges, in Charlotte you will see alot of Crimes Against Nature and in Greensboro it is Solicitation for prostitution. To make a long story short, unless you have out standing warrants or drugs on your person when the Capital ABS gets raided, you may get off easy. And trust me, it will only be a matter of time before it is shut down, some of you mongers that have been around a while know just what I am talking about. It happened to the Truckers Inn in Bennetsville and the GasHouse in Charlotte, and also considering that it is an election year, it will be just a matter of time.
Jen was in yesterday afternoon but not getting any takers A tall black girl in stripper heals came in around the same time had a handler that stayed back. She was defently dressed for the part lacy pantys over cutup legins and a too small white shirt over a small bra that she was falling out of. SHe looked good but at over 6 foot tall she was too much woman for me to try in one of the small rooms.

Saw her about a week ago. As advertised. Tallish. 5'8" maybe. 115 lbs, great ass, legs, tits (fake). A bit haggard looking. Very country. Couldn't get my ATM card to work so she just jacked me off for $30. Very nice. Skilled. If she is disease free, she is a lot of fun.
