What's the deal with these ads getting flagged so quickly? Is it some no-life wanting to make thing difficult for us responders? Tell me that its not a system administrator charged with cleaning up those boards.

It means you can "subscribe" to it. When it updates with information, your bookmark will have the number of new posts beside it. You can also read it in a "news" reader format which lists them all on the same page in an easy to read format.
