You no longer need to get your ticket validated at Providence Place mall .... you can
park there for four hours for a buck and never even go into the Mall proper

The best time to park for free down city is after 4 p.m. — when people start leaving
work — but before 6.p.m , when people start driving in for dinner & / or shows .
Coincidentally , this is also a great time to hit the strip clubs :D

'Parking' may seem to be off-topic , but it's a huge problem here in LaProv ...
free or even on·street metered parking is usually impossible to find at any hour
of the day or night , except for that narrow window I just described

You 'DT' AMP fans are lucky that the Arcade Parking garage is basically right next
door to the place , even though it'll set you back ten bucks for a short visit


For you out·of·towners reading this , *everybody* who lives here has a
La·Prov 'parking story'

In the most infamous case , a guy who stopped on a bridge over the Providence River
to help rescue a suicidal woman in the water returned to find a $100 parking ticket
on his windshield ... and he had to pay it , too

A friend of mine who lives on the ritzy east side once discovered a parking ticket
on a car parked [i]in her own driveway[/i] !! The ticket was for "obstructing a sidewalk" ,
but there's no sidewalk on her side of the street !! It took a day in court and photos
of her property to get that one dismissed

Another friend of mine had his car towed by the city ... the minority·group lady LEO
wrote down his plate number wrong , transposing two digits , so it didn't show
up on on the PPD computer as having been towed

By the time the PPD figured it all out , he had already cashed the insurance company
check for his 'stolen' vehicle and had purchased another one

Get five un·paid tickets here and you get booted so after four tickets I just go to
the DMV Registry and pay five bucks for a plate change . Over the years I've racked up
dozens of tickets but haven't paid a single one of them yet

I prefer to spend my money on the hard-working girls of our fair city , and the PPD
can go do it itself what I do with those nice young ladies ;)

When the "plates are run" and come back to a vehicle different than to what they're attached too, such as a simple mistake as transposing digitds, the VIN is run to locate and notify the owner. It also goes into a central registry so after you call and tell your agent your car was stolen, he reports it to the company, the company runs the VIN and tells you that your car isn't stolen, it was towed and the location.

Just because you put new plates on a vehicle doesn't erase the plates history and any citations issued. More than once,:), I was called about parkingtickets isued to a co car that I got rid of 2 years before. the city uses a bulldog collection agency and they don't take no for a answer.

Great stories though pz, please tell us of some of your escapades with the hard working girls.

I used to visit King's INN in Dartmouth quite a bit a few years back. I don't live there anymore and haven't been in over a year. Each time I went I left with wet pants. Visited Club Fantasies Monday night at 10:30. The attraction was 2 for $20 lap dances and no $5 cover for the nude room. Still had to pay $10 for general admission. Was not worth it. Place was almost entirely empty, and the girls that remained were not hot.

In the last several years (6-7) I have gotten off every time I've gone to the Satin Doll except once. I can usually tell during the stage dance which dancers are game, and there is usually an unspoken understanding of what the goal is when we get to the private dance area. It usually takes me two dances and it's mostly just through friction, but I will get a few seconds of a hand job here and there. However, since they put curtains on all the booths, I have been outright propositioned. Is SD going the way of Cheaters?

The one time I didn't get off was with a heavy dancer who was probably offended when she sat on my lap and I couldn't supress a groan when she knocked the wind out of me.

Either no cute girls, or the one or two nice ones were always busy. I never saw any other service than LDs in the open partitioned area. Booths have always been empty.

I can't say I'd be too eager to invest 2-3 LDs to see if something good might happen, when two blocks away a cute young babe will suck me inside out for about the same cost.
