Hello fellow BB gents. Just wanted to share my method of trying to stay as safe as possible while barebacking as many cum holes I can find. And then for good measure I take single dosage Zithromax occasionally. Antibiotics are only effective against gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis first of all, but you're supposed to take an entire week's dose to make sure you get rid of it. Taking one dose if you get it builds resistance if it doesn't work, and if you keep doing that you're eventually setting yourself up for a superbug.

Studies are not medical advice. Maybe if you took antibiotics prophylaxis daily and did regular check ups this could work, but taking just one is haphazard and endangers yourself first and foremost. Those may have some special feature or mutation that allowed them to survive and that is the population that will grow and thrive.
