New to the board but looking forward to it. I have read through the last few dozen pages, trying to learn the lay of the land and get up to speed. Tease joints are all you'll find, and most of those have figured out that there's always somebody willing to part with their cash for nothing but wishful thinking. Atlanta's the closest if you want to find anything remotely resembling the 'good ol' days' - save your money for a trip there every now and then. Sad days.

As suggested by MJ, Atlanta is the place to go. You can get all kinds of physical services, and rates are much cheaper because of the competition. It's worth visiting Atlanta once a while to fully satisfy physical urge with utmost pleasure and freedom to enjoy.
