I have found the search functionality is pretty crappy in that it does not, or at least previously only searched the description field, not the location field. It would also only find three digit area codes I'd they were in the description. Yet it would find ads based on the phone number field if you searched by the last four digits. Go figure. So if I do Pete / Pinellas, it's only going to bring up posts that have BOTH, filtering out things that you'd get by searching them separately. At least that's how it's working for me when I just tried it.
