How long does it take for her to usually respond from her website / email or is she not active anymore?
I would give any of the top dollar ladies 24 hours or so. If they manage their own email, then they can't be on there all the time.
Sometimes, they might go away for a weekend and be off comm for even a couple of days, but generally 24 hours should do.
