I don't date in real life and this little hobby of mine provides me with all the benefits of a quality man in my life without the BS. First off, it just seems weird to get an unsolicited call from any of the ladies we "work with" unless you talked with her about calling you anytime when she's free. I made that mistake once so take it for what it's worth and think about asking them to call only if called first.

I thought it was a scam at first since they use fake pics of girls on the home page and tell them they're from "your area." It's not until you sign up that you see the real profiles. But they do have some good picks. In about 3-4 months on there, I went for drinks with a few and was able to take 4 over that period to my place.

Still, all things considered, I could have cut out the middle man and found these same girls in a bar drinking with their girlfriends.
