From the champagne rooms, usually the whole amount goes to the club and the tip that you negotiate goes to the girl. That being said, it pays to see them outside of the club.
That's going to differ on a club-by-club basis. Some clubs give the girls half the room.

Nee one
That's going to differ on a club-by-club basis. Some clubs give the girls half the room.
Thats a new one on me most of the girls that I talk to tell me that they get a small percentage and that they get the neogiated "tip" Thats why I do take out kill the middle man.

Been awhile
That's going to differ on a club-by-club basis. At the end of the night was tip-out, 10% of her tips to each for the bartender, bouncer, and runner.

I have never seen stages behind the bar before in my life before coming here and I have been to strip clubs in a plurality of different cities across the country. I was talking to one stripper called "Gigi" and she was talking about how much more she made back in New Jersey. I told her that at most strip clubs in Chicago, that most dancers were walking off the stage with $50-100 per set. They would keep half of lap dances. Whatever they would negotiate as the tip in VIP room. There wasn't any of the BS about buying ladies drinks, but there was a cover charge. Made things a lot less annoying this way.
But yes. I like to cut out the middle man. With how much the strippers are getting fucked over on the block, I can see why so many are quick to see you outside of the club, especially if you are staying close to it. Obviously it pays to get them before shift.

Wed Afternoon visit
Hit the block on Wednesday afternoon around 1.
Six clubs were open. Here is my trip report in order.
1- Red Room – Rob was working bar, 8 gals working. All were 7-8 on my scale save one, who was a black gal that was heavy. At the 1:30 hour everyone seemed have asleep so I had one beer and moved on. Eventually came back to this bar at the end.
2- Pussy Cat – no one dancing, 4 gals I saw, 2 overweight. Moved on.
3- Harem – Bar Tender was nice looking, but only 2 gals spotted as dancers, both black and overweight, moved on. Doorman said there were 2 other white gals and to come back.
4- Circus. Sue was barkeep, no dancers, she 'sold ' me a drink and stood there talking to me for a good 15 minutes. I assume she felt this was entertaining me. One blond gal was about to get up on stage but frankly not very enticing. Sort of pissed off at Sue, if she had no gals working and wanted to 'keep' me there until someone finally danced, she should have provide the beer free. Set the tone in a bad way for me so I left.
5- Jewel box – doorman wanted to card me. Since I do not take wallet or any I'd when visiting the block I just laughed at this and moved on. Really, I am past 60. WTF?
6- Back at the Red ROOM! Purchased a few gals some drinks. I noted there was not the usual physical massage at the bar when buying a gal a drink as I have experienced in the past. Back room was quoted at $220. Really? Overall the gals here were nice to look at, again 7-8 or the scale, but the environment was not nearly as erotic as times past.
One observation. Cell phones are now ruining the block. Every one of the gals I saw were staring at their cell phone. You walk in and they seem surprised someone is at the bar when (if) they look up. Who would have guessed?

Nothing surprising there.
Yes, stages behind the bar is standard at the block. Keep in mind the history of the block back in the 1960's and before. These places originally had different types of entertainment that both men and women enjoyed. Being narrow buildings, the floor plan options are limited.
The block you see now is just a fraction of what it was long ago. I started going in the 1970's and bars were on the 300,400, and 500 blocks of east Baltimore Street. They also were on Gay Street north of Baltimore and on Commerence Street. Those were the days when you might actually find a real student stripping to pay her college bills. Now most of the girls are stripping and dating to pay their pharmacy bills.

MillStream Inn
Don't see much discussed about Millstream Inn, intrigued by the it's presence and mystery of no mention here took a guy there.
Big Parking lot with some cars, was early evening around 5:30 on Wednesday evening. Patrons had just begun approaching the joint.
Went in, no cover. 2 rather 3 bars and present worker bees were busy socializing with some of the fellas at the bar. Big stage and.
Talent was displayed one at a time on their turn. It's not like Block where everything come off.
Bartenders looked sexier than the working girls. Inquired about the private rooms and was told the price varies and have to consult the manager in that area.
Who was another superb broad. Didn't partake in any extra activity other then a regular beer and tipping the ladies who danced on stage.
There was no push from any girls to buy drinks for them, all in all nice tity bar to drink some and see some!

The concept of continually asking to buy the ladies a drink is entirely annoying. I am simply used to something different, where I am not constantly harrassed, and seemingly the strippers make more money. However, the flipside to that is that these women are hungry for money and many might not be so quick to work outside of the establishment if they were making more inside of it.

Who would have guessed?
Based on my experience with the Jewel Box, you're not missing anything. Sometime a couple of months ago, I decided to give the Jewel Box a try after I was done with the Red Room. The place (like most of the clubs there) was small and cramped. The lap dance area was out in the open across from the bar. There weren't that many girls in there for a Friday night. The dancers there were just sitting there either bored on their phones or arguing amongst each other. Ignoring the few customers there. I didn't have that much time before I was suppose to leave town. So I decided to get a lap dance from one of the girls. She was this small white girl, a little chubby, with a nice little ass. Lap dances were $60 for three songs. I've lost tract of the number of girls I've gotten dances from. But this was the first one I've encountered who didn't know what the she was doing. She would just awkwardly slide up and down my legs. She would then bounce up and down on me like some hyper toddler. All she had to do was grind her ass on my crotch for a few minutes. How hard is that? When we got to the second song, she hopped off me and demanded her tip. I irritatingly told her I don't tip until the end. After arguing with her she refused to finish my session. She went to the bar to complain to the manager how cheap I was being. I decided that I was done dealing with this little brat and I just got up and left.

I also know that said club lost it's liquor license at least once. That doesn't narrow it down, but it's not hard to figure out from there.
But aside from that, the majority of them are as you say so I'll eat my words on that one.

Just distorted music playing from Spotify (and just starting an advertisement) off a laptop. I looked at the doorman and said what the fuck when I walked out.
As for cell phones, it's not the phones themselves in my opinion. It is girls who go there to be looked at instead of actually make money. It makes no sense to me, but they do it all the time. I'm not mad about it personally. If they don't want to make any money and want to just complain about having to pay tip out because "there was no money" when the bartender yells out last call come 1:30 in the morning, then that's on them.

Is there really anything to talk about? It's no full nudity. Also, last I was there, all the backrooms had cameras with IR. If you're just there to look, get some drinks, and throw a few dollars at the stage, then have at it. But don't expect much more.

I am pretty sure that the bartender at the red room is a dealer to outside patrons that come in; not the barback, but the male bartender. It seemed abundantly clear to me. One of the shorter blonde strippers there had a huge welt near her collar bone which was indicative of her shooting up and missing the vein. I found out that Bambi and her boyfriend at pimp put three of the girls working at the red room. Lots of drama behind the scenes there.
On a side note, I did hook up with the second gal from there and I don't think that I will see any others. She was very chill and drama free. Came over and we had some drinks at the hotel bar; she can carry a conversation and dressed like she belonged there. Went upstairs and had a nice multisession. Phenomenal BBBJ, she is very good at riding on top both in cg and rcg. Switched up with mish, kneeling and standing doggy. CIM and on stomach and tits. Overall, we spent around 4 hours together and I don't think that I will find another gem like her among the other gals so I am going to stick with her for the remainder of the time.

He has a real Napoleon syndrome. The blond with the bump on her collar bone goes by Brittany or Brit. The bump is actually just a cyst. She is pretty cool and good at what she does, GFE and great lips.
