I called RT about Katie the other day and was told that they didn't know if Katie would be available the following day or not and to call back after 1pm that day. I understand people's schedules change, etc. But other agencies seem to be perfectly good at setting up a schedule a week in advance, and I can't understand what legitimate reason RT would have for not being able to hire people who can do the same. Not being able to set up a schedule for the next day should be the exception, not the rule. It isn't.

Its not just a YMMV issue. Its the girls they sign up. Some, I'm sure, are very good. Some are not. They do have fantastic taste in looks, IMHO. But, branding is important with all businesses. That's the point of an agency rather than a collection of individuals. Their brand doesn't sell them. They can fix that by putting out a consistent experience, or being more upfront at the outset, or having more consistent schedules, etc. For whatever reason, they have not as of yet.

The issue is scheduling incalls in advance with girls who either only occasionally do incalls, and / or are under 21. Alicia for example only offers incalls once per week. She does this when one of her regular clients gets a hotel room, and then allows her to keep it after his appointment (yes, he is aware that she uses it to see other clients). So unfortunately, she (and us) , are at the mercy of when he decides to do this. We often do not know until that day, and sometimes because of his line of work, he has to cancel at the last minute. Katie, is also under 21, so she can not get hotel rooms on her own. So she has to wait for one of her friends to get the room for her. Again, at the mercy of someone else and having to adapt around their schedule. Jack and I can not get the rooms for them, because we have gone to great lengths to ensure that nothing related to RT comes back on either of our real names. If any of you know where to get a fake I'd (for a reasonable price) good enough to be scanned by the new scanners hotels use these days, please let me know.

I'm making the best of a situation which I do not have complete control of. These are the issues you encounter when dealing with girls under 21. But judging by the calls we receive, those are the girls the majority of you want to see. If you'd like to schedule an outcall in advance, we have no problem at all doing so. I'm very tempted to just stop offering incalls all together to avoid many of the headaches and complaints.

If she wasn't because of a hygiene issue, then I really can't blame her for that. I've been there myself before, and I'd probably do the same thing. But if I start having multiple clients complaining that she is not GFE, then I'll sit down with her and talk to her about it. If she says that she just won't do it, then I will tell clients that she is not GFE. But more often they say that they will, and ask for another chance. I will give them another chance until I hear otherwise. If it's a regular client that I know is looking for something in particular which I have doubts about her offering, I will warn them. More often than not, they're willing to take the chance and see them anyway. But they knew going in that there was a good chance they wouldn't be getting what I know they like.

So far, only one client that has seen Katie has told us that she is not GFE. I am in contact with that client now, and in the process of getting details of the encounter.

Have you actually seen Alicia or Katie?

Maybe I am too soft on the girls at times, but I'm a big believer in giving people a chance until proven otherwise. Even then, I'll usually give them a chance to correct the issue after I sit down and talk to them about it. I do my best to make things fair for everyone involved.

No I have not seen Alicia as I have been told by more than one person that she is NOT GFE, oral is covered. Was told Katie is Not GFE also as oral covered and upsells. I saw Hailey and someone else from RT, was told both GFE neither was.

I work to hard for my money to take a chance on a girl at an agency. Not how it's supposed to work. Agency sets the standard and tells the girls what is expected up front. Until I hear differently not seeing them. To inconsistent for me.

I certainly encourage her to do better, but the excuses aren't that great. For example, Katie already had a hotel room the prior day, so she didn't need to get a new room and present I'd. She just needed to stay where she was. Or not. Either way, she. Needs to have a reliable schedule.

Kat hires who she works with. So if there is a problem with the business related to who she works with, the buck stops there.

That all said, they are professional on the phone and the first girl I saw there was truly awesome, drug problems and all. Hit or miss. Still better than most Indy girls or pimps posing as agencies (or a plus or the other fly by nights who change their names constantly) , but not on the same level as the places who are expeirianced even after a few years.
