Go ahead and charge me on her word, good luck getting her to say the same thing in court. Her word is no good, she is a drug addict HO. Anything she says to a cop is hear say. A cop can't arrest me on hear say. If I tell a cop I made a deal, I'm admitting my own guilt, I'm busted. Say nothing, and they got nothing.

A city of Tampa cop told me once that 90% of the workers on Nebraska have aids. Cops lie all the time. I know damn well that they test the workers each bust. If a gal comes up positive, the next bust she gets an additional charge. It shows up on HCSO arrest report. When one is HIV+ you can see it clear as day. If 90% were + it would show up all the time. Cops lie, it's their job.

Hey there my fellow Tampa mongers,

From this weeks post of increased UNCLES on the streets of Nowatney & so forth, I decided to do a recon this a. M. Just to see for myself how many of our UNCLES were out & abouts!

A SHITLOAD! It wasn't a mongering trip this a. M. Because there have to be SW out to be a mongering trip! It felt like a family reunion with a bunch of UNCLES you don't recognize. The streets were infested with them. I went sightseeing from 142nd street, south on Nebraska all the way to Hillsborough. There were UNCLES everywhere. I did spot our famous Mindy, won't disclose the location to somewhat protect her from further harrassment from our UNCLES but I did manage to snag her. It was just too hot out to partake in any extra curricular activities today. I will gladly share Mindy's # with SM.

Why SM's? BECAUSE 95% of the time, they are constistent contributors to this great forum.

Be safe out there my fellow mongers & DON"T TRUST ANY UNCLES that you don't personally know. They will pretend to be your friend only to get you to incriminate yourself. TRUST ME ON THIS ONE! Listen to what the other fellow mongers have posted! Rook.

"Yes, I do mind"! I tried to explain to her that it would be only to trusted members & she cut me off saying she was in the middle of something & would call me back & hung up. Hey, I was just trying to get her some.

Business. Not sure what state of mind she was in, but who knows with these SW's.

Seems when I have a number, it is always non-working when I need to talk to them, but when they need me, they seem to have no problem finding a working phone. And they call me from that phone every 30 seconds. Of course this is always when I have no need at all to talk to them... LOL

I watched the entire part of the lawyer's side and part of the Officer's side. What I want to know, when they say do not talk to an officer under ANY circumstances, do they litterally mean that in any situation possible. Lets say I'm driving in Nowatney, I forget to put my turn signal on as I'm coming up to a stop sign, which now LEO has a 'justifiable' reason to pull me over. If he asks me why did I not put up my signal would it be a good Idea to just say "I plead the 5th" and / or if he asks me what am I doing driving in this area do I also just say "I plead the 5th"? I need help on this.

You can tell them your name and address just make sure it matches the paperwork you just handed him. Telling a cop 'I take the 5th' makes you sound like a smart ass. If the cuffs come out, you are going downtown, there is no point in talking at all. Shut up, call your Lawyer.

If you are totally clean, and there is no way they saw you do anything wrong, then no reason to be a ballbuster. The time to really shut up is when they have asked you to get out of the car and you think they might have a reason to arrest you.

Up to that point the best thing is to just have story prepared. Be cool and apologize, and say you are looking for some business that you know is somewhere in the area.
