I doubt HPD would actually text the people in the phone if it was an active investigation. Gives people too much time to destroy evidence, etc. With all the stupidity that is in HPD though, might be legit? I would take it with a grain of salt though.

I doubt they would even investigate something like a cell phone theft anyway.

Doing something like using a prostitutes cell phone to bait John's would violate the prostitutes right to a fair trial. It would taint the so-called bullshit investigation.
2. Law Enforcement cannot legally inform random individuals of any pending charges. It's actually defamation.
3. Any LEO in their right mind is not going to mention anyone 'committing' anything for a case that is not actually adjudicated yet. If its an open investigation, that's not a conviction. Innocent until proven guilty right? IE if was legit, and this is in pipe dream, a LEO would say "This person is suspected of...". Any media, showing otherwise would be almost an immediate mistrial, if it didn't get that far, no prosecutor is even going to file charges. Felonies need to be doled out by the Prosecuting Attorney.
This is all completely ignoring the fact that for the most part HPD and Vice don't give a flying fuck about any John they don't catch in the act. Burner phones? Paranoid bullshit.

Couldn't walk half a block without seeing at least 3-4 of them or more together. One intersection had six. By the skating area, must have had at least 20-30 mulling around. I thought it seemed excessive unless they got some kind of threat alert. Most cops I have ever seem at one time. More than even our motorcade training. That totally sucks the big one, to me.
Called Nikki up and met her in DT. Cool chick. Easy attitude.
Went to spot and gave outstanding BBBJCIM. Let my hands roam all over her. Blew my load, cleaned up, and dropped her off.
I can really see why everyone raves about her services. Will definitely look her up next time I'm in the mood.
