Either I hit the jackpot in each city, or the grass really is greener everywhere else. Younger, prettier, more respectful, faster to respond, way more reliable and accommodating.

I have had a few tell me that flat out, including ones here in STL and For a few reasons.

Then again, I don't care what other people spend, what other people do, or who other people see.

I do think being from out of town helps in some cases though, at least in my last few experiences. You're right in the travel though. Love having a job with a generous per diem, and I get to pocket all the miles and points.

I look at this like I look at whiskey. Evan Williams will get the job done and some people like it. I don't and won't buy it.

Some people like Pappy Van Winkle because they can. I have had it, it's way overrated in my opinion.
