I understand you wondering about the red flag, but sometimes the ones who want to meet right away are desperate for money and willing to make a deal. You have to figure out which one this one is.

She's just not in my age range but seems legit. If you are worried than just meet at a coffee shop near the location where you are going to hang out and if she sucks, just leave. Or take the conversation to text and get more detail before meeting.

If you are having good conversations and want to meet her too, set up a coffee or dinner date, no planning of extras. Leave it open and if you click, extras can happen. If she is only up for meeting at a room, to me, that's a red flag. Just my opinion.
