Really you do the money up front, $$ for the FS session so there's no need for haggling or BS at anytime. If you feel like she exceeded your expectations and her stated services then by all means reward her for the extras. Ill be visiting this weekend from chicago, the place where the therapists come to retire. Looks is the most important to me. Ill be stay up north near del Mar. Need a good excuse to sneek out also because ill be visiting family.
