Call me spoiled, but I've already verified with 4 or 5 other agencies and normally would just say "Hey I'd like an appointment, My name is *blank* and I'm verified with someone else, here's their number" and be good to go. That wasn't enough for them.
So I send them everything along with the website for the references and their phone numbers.
Crickets, ask again and no response.
