I had an appointment with Lilly last week and left my glasses behind at a stop on the way had to turn around and go back. Texted and cancelled because there was no way I would make the time. They texted me back saying that they would no longer be able to make appointments for me. That I could only do walk in! I live an hour and a half away. I'm not going to just drive in for a chance at a walk in. Especially at a place that can barely keep 1 girl employed at a time. Lilly is fantastic but that place is not worth the trouble. If only she upgraded her employment and went to a decent shop.

Once again it shows you that someones "Seal" is THEIR opinion. I find both Cynthia and Mary, both great providers. Never an issue. As with any provider, YMMV. Do your homework. Don't just listen to 1 person, me or anyone else. Thats why this board is so valuable. You get multiple opinions to base your decisions on.
