Lots of dealers, users and unsavory types live there or are coming and going. I've been approached by people trying to hit me up in the parking lot. It's gotten better with the new gas station next door which has a lot of parking lot lighting. But more importantly, local PD are always making arrests there and surveilling the place for search warrants etc. For that reason alone I avoid it and won't visit anyone there.
