Can't find where I read it now. The two bills were dramatically different so maybe they're having difficulty coming to a compromise?

So, I guess it depends on who passes something first.

There is no prostitution law yet. The city of Providence did say they wanted to put in an ordinance against prostitution, but they put in an ordinance against 16 year old strippers.

The city does not have an ordinance against prostitution, and even if they did, it doesn't mean much, if there isn't a state law they can't define or enforce it. The real problem is if the House and the Senate comes back and passes a bill. Right now the Senate has said they will be back, but the House has not said if they are going to be back to pass the bill. If the bill is on the agenda of both the House and the Senate, you can pretty much guarantee it will be passed.
FYI - might save you a drive for those that don't call ahead, Cici is on vacation again (supposedly just for a week). However, I did have a wonderful time with Gina. What a gem!
This is a review of Alice, who advertises massage on both Backpage and Craigslist. Alice was easy to get ahold of, and was very accomodating with scheduling. The massage was ok, mostly light touch, roaming allowed and sometimes even encouraged (I'm not very aggressive). She was very sweet.- tousled my hair, complimented me, and so on. I paid for an hour, but the tease and flip came pretty early. However, there was a lot of teasing on the other side as well. She looks very good straddling you and finishing the job. HE technique was decent, but she looks good enough that it didn't matter. I didn't last long. She said some more sweet things, then I showered and left. I was hesitant about posting this, b/c she's so nice. Treat her the same!

So, my story is that a couple of weeks ago I was leaving the most famous R&T in PVD that we all know and love, L***, and mama walked me to my car and told me, in two weeks, to look for an ad in the Phoenix for Wellness Center in CF under new mgt. Well I was back at this particular spa on Sunday night and asked her again, is it still on? She said yes, come by Wednesday.
Again, no access to current Phoenix but I found the link above and started calling around 10 to see if I could come in early and get a guest preview (ad says open at 3 PM today) but the phone just rang and rang. Tried several more times during the day and same thing. So, thinking maybe the phones were not right yet I drove over around 5:30.
Easy to get to but neighborhood is a little sketchy. Not sure I'd go there at night. Drove past 753 and it looked deserted but maybe the news hasn't gotten out yet so I parked down the street in some abandoned fast food joint parking lot and walked over. Door locked, nobody around, no buzzer for 753 (there are buzzers for various apts. but obviously didn't try). Peeked in the window and definitely nobody home although it looks like fresh paint etc. inside but no sign designating that there is even a business there- just 753 (address) on the door.
So, I hope folks don't think I was leading them on as it sounded like a good alternative R&T was coming in to play considering who the manager is. I will give it a few days and try to call back. You may want to also and report your findings.
Thankfully, Far East is close by as junior was all wound up so, to make a long story short (yeah, I know I can be long winded) and not to sound too sappy, I just spent an hour+ of absolute pure lovemaking with Ruby, my new found friend. Man it was nice. Everything you could hope for with a beautiful woman and I think that's what so nice. She is a WOMAN and not some silly upsell girl found at another popular place. (BTW, again verified through extensive "research" that they are not bolt-ons but a pair of the finest naturals you will come across - not big, don't like the big ones, but very nice).5+coupon+$.2

I do know one member got through by phone but got bad directions and never made it there but that is as much "success" that I've heard of.
Why do they post if they never open?
I dropped by last Friday around 3:30p to see Mimi, but mamasan mentioned Mimi was on vacation. She assured me she had a nice girl, so I waited in the room until in walked Yuri!
This is the same Yuri from old DT (One Custom House) and she recognized me. For kicks, I decided to go back to the last report I did on her - 02-08-2008!
