This scene has plenty of permanent life altering risks. There is never a way to know 100% sure if the person your with has something to give you. Using a condom is a no-brainer, however even with a condom it is not 100% effective. Even if a provider offered test results, those could be old or fake. That's why you should always wear a condom (BBBJ is fine since transmission rates are so low), don't brush / floss before going (both create tiny cuts in your gums, opening you up to infections), and only pick women who are well-reviewed (crap providers tend to go bareback bc they're desperate for cash).
