Your theory of her just saying the BBBJ was consensual but the FS wasn't wouldn't hold water. Yes they would pull in the monger and interview him. She would have to make an oral and written statement. I would imagine texts between them would show she was a provider. I've used textnow for about 4 years. There are some strange things about it though. Sometimes your full conversations are displayed on the phone but not on the website. Calls are free all the time but sometimes they didn't work when you weren't on WIFI but that seems to be corrected now. Also most providers have shitty phones so if they are using it they may not get your texts at all or they are very slow to receive them.

Signed up using my fake monger email from Yahoo. Picked out a number and sent a test text to a handler of one of the asain services that is always very prompt with replies. I have found if you swipe down and refresh the page then more of the previous conversation loads. Great for when someone texts you an address and it disappears next time you downloaded just swipe down and the address comes back. Perfect!

In my book better then a burn phone. Don't have to worry about hiding a burn phone or haveing it found my your SO. Prosecutors will quite frequently look the other way on lesser offenses.
