I am coming to a general rule of thumb which says that if you want overpriced, go to Scottsdale. Also, if you want the same, find some new-age-ey / alternative / lifecoaching situation. The first is based on my experience and the second based on pretty much any review I read. These ladies seem to be very near to both. But it's not a mystery why I guess.
