Well I just got back from the Oasis and it is now a shoe and mask show. The girls were all masked. I only saw one table dance and she did not interact. I don't know whether it was just her or the policy now.

What's going on at the strip clubs that have opened back up? Back to normal or are they practicing social distancing, no lap dances, VIP etc? I've not checked out any yet due to all the sportiness going on with the protests.

I was told they don't know when they will re open but there kitchen been open.

Blaze and Pin Ups also open per IG or Website. I'm planning on visiting from out of state tommorrow and Saturday. 61 and white but never had an issue at these establishments and don't expect any tommorrow. Will bring a facemask and use it unless they stop me. Don't care how silly I look. I stick out like a sore thumb anyway. If anyone tries me I'll refer them to the bouncer. Bouncers are super friendly on day shift at Strokers and Blaze.

If they are allowed to open but are remaining closed there has to be a reason. I assume no one knows of for some reason can't say. I've talked to 3 girls who don't know anything and can't get any information.
They opened on Wed and business is good all day.

Touching is the golden draw for Follies and if they take touching and VIP rooms away, they might as well just burn the place down and call it a day.

Staff and Dancers are wearing masks but they come off just as their outfits. Plenty of dancers were there.

I get the frustration.
Use it to setup otc. Sure, it's not the same, but it is something. I bet it's a good time to get some phone numbers as well for girls you didn't know before. I'm seeing girls who were long gone return to dancing because of the quick money right now. Most dancers are going to be uneducated. When the lockdowns started, even if they were working, they ere going to be some of the first let go. With the general low education, they were going to be some of the first people furloughed in a business. They need the money, so getting that contact info shouldn't be "too" hard.
Due to the pandemic they are instituting that policy. When this passes sooner or later (my guess sooner) Follies will revert to the old Follies (I think).

Oasis and Tattletales come to mind.

I didn't see any followup so I assumed most of the dancers there weren't interested in takeout fun?

A waitress flagged me down in the parking lot (which was mostly empty) and said she was very sorry but they were closed again and to check back on June 15th. OK. I can understand this is a tricky transition. Onward to Blaze. Everyone nice as always. Temp check and waiver forms. Decent sized crowd of Customers. Not many dancers and Zero that I had any interest in. There were a few standard dances going on but it was slow. The better looking slim girls that I am familiar with were not in attendance. Bouncer told me some had been in but left early complaining that it was slow. Arrived at Pin Ups about 7:30 and waited an hour to see someone that could hold my attention. Staff was nice as were the very small group of dancers. At 8:15 I would estimate there were more bartenders and staff than dancers and I didn't see anyone coming into to the dresssing room to change. I know this is a late night club but there were fewer dancers on this visit than my previous visits. No patience for this and departed. Arrived at Oasis around 10:30. This club is too low mileage for me but it was on the way home. Standard checks and sign in with most of the girls wearing masks as needed. There was a decent crowd and roughly 20-25 dancers I would estimate. There was a mix of women but certainly some solid 8's. So I located the 1 slim and attractive AA woman in the house (8. 5) and asked would she like to dance? Why yes she said. OK, where can we sit? She asked the manager where we could sit and he said we would have to find a seat at the bar or a vacant hightop (there were not any). Most of the tables were empty but "reserved". The manager found a lone stool against a wall and I got my 2 no touch air dances (she was nude on my request). She told me she had just arrived in ATL and it was her first night. She asked where else she could dance, was Cheetah a good choice? No tattoos and a decect face and hard body might give her a shot there so that's what I told her. With nothing left to see or do I was on my way after roughly 45 minutes. I'm going to take a break until the high quality AA girls come back out to Follies or any of the other east or southside clubs.

I realize it is a drive but there is a club in spartanburg (Welford) sc. Open 7-2 Wednesday- Saturday. No cover before 8. $15 after. All nude. Byo beer wine. No temperture checks. No body cavity searches. No masks. Couch and VIP wide open. 6 dancers there last Wednesday.
Does anyone know the opening status of this club on Northside dr?

Sounds similar to my experience except there were maybe 10 dancers on a pre Covid night. I was in Godiva's last week (Greenville AA club - $10 per dance, not nude, very dirty, very smokey, 10-12 dancers maybe from memory) and did not see 1, I mean not a single facemask anywhere in sight except the one on my wrist. SC has moved on from facemasks in many places. The death rate is half what it is in Georgia and the deaths are the elderly and nursing home crowd. Many here call it CoronaHoax. Went to dinner Saturday night. Not a single cook was wearing a facemask nor were any servers or customers. The owner and his wife and the table cleaning crew did have on masks. You cross the GA state line and masks are everywhere. I'll take the masked AA spinner ATL spinner over what we have in SC IF they ever come back. Right now SC is probably more enjoyable which is mind boggling.

The club's IG account has been very active in promoting themed days and showing brief clips of dancers posing and dancing. The bartender (the one with the curvy body and the copious tattoos on her torso) has gone live a few times, with the lives lasting about an hour or so (albeit with the camera only on her behind the bar, so you only see those who interact closely with her).

Amused at how "only" sick and old people dying is met so often with with a shrug or "hoax" call; sad thing is if you look at most other advanced countries, they've both been able reopen AND do better job of controlling virus and resulting deaths. SC is lucky cause it's a low density, mainly rural state far away from epicenters; not because of the reality of the disease or anything special about our people.

I didn't speculate if that's a good thing or bad thing as that would be considered a "Rant". Not sure how much you travel or where you live but I've traveled across the country, and to multiple countries outside the US. I was born in ATL and have lived in both SC and South GA. If you lived 3 years in Nashville Ga (or anywhere below the "Macon-Dixon" line) I'm not sure how you could throw rocks regarding low IQ at an entire state but all in good fun. I'll continue to bring my low IQ and medium size roll of Jacksons to ATL when the good looking women come back to the clubs.
