I DID pull the trigger and paid a visit to big man's utr. Agree the location was less than desirable, and the $$ seemed a little steep, but curiosity got the best of me.

I'm sure she believes what she's asking is a fair rate to her and may be but dam 200 HH is steep for a provider without some kind of history or pics to back it up in this area when you can travel down the road a hr if you want to dable with the elite and play in that price range with things that Hef (RIP) would be proud of in considerably more desirable locations.
