Anyone else getting way more than normal " database error" responses to the site this week? I basically can't get on the site on my Ipad and the laptop is 50/50.
Can't just be me.

Can't just be me.
I keep wondering if it's some do-gooder group doing DDoS attacks or something.

Toner filed a motion to compel discovery after the Commonwealth failed to provide specific documents at his arraignment, court records showed. The information Toner requested includes a full list of the "entire 2,800 customers alleged to have engaged with this syndicate for purposes of purchasing commercial sex" and the identity of any other elected official identified in the case.

He may piss off the wrong person who is on that list and is not known publicly that gets known publicly.
This guy is playing a dangerous game in my opinion.

This is not to say that press won't have a field day trying to trace those numbers to names. Use VOIP numbers folks!!

So imagine you are that guy and you have been in the clear for the last year. Now Toner, and Toner alone, makes this demand for the balance of the names. Further imagine that your name now gets published because of Toner and you lose everything. If that were me pretty sure I know where my anger is directed.

Still think it was smart?
Assuming you didn't use your real number or a number easily traced to you, at worst, I would think they could have your fake phone number and the first name used to register. It isn't even a guarantee that LEO has access to every message, from every customer, over all the active years. It still would be bad, though. I would bet most of that list is just that: fake numbers and first names.
