I am proud to say that I popped my cherry today at the Indy club scene. Until today, I had never been inside an Indy entertainment establishment. I always stick to our favorite escorts. After the corporate mission was completed today, headed down to BFF to meet some friends for a drink. A lot of high quality ladies working for the time we were there. Being new to that scene, that is just an uneducated opinion. Peaches is hot as hell! Would kill to make her my corporate cobbler gobbler. Had to take care some personal business but ended up back there in about an hour. It was MUCH slower then. I was now by myself as previous cohorts had moved on. Girls were really not walking around a lot since there wasn't many customers there. Some how I end up getting imo the best looking lady in the place sitting at my table before she starts to work. She is really chatty and ends up telling me where she used to live down south. Guess who also lived down there. Other than her times on stage, she spends the next hour and a half or so at my table. The clubs were my addiction for many years. My goal wasn't to get FS in the club, but to push the limits of the local rules and get some OTC. The only time I got off in a club was from a stunning Asian in Dallas who ground me like 3 pounds of grade A chuck roast.
It seems like you're on the right track. I don't know the specifics of Indy clubs, but the dancers have to pay a fee to work, probably somewhere between $20 -$50. They also probably have to tip out, give over part of their earnings for the untipped employees. This means they need to make some money, just to break even.
Besides the need for money, boredom is an issue, especially when business is slow. If you can relieve the boredom while easing the money problems, you're well on your way.
I used to sit in the club during the slow time in the afternoon, when the ratio of dancers to customers was 1:1. I'd occasionally buy a drink for a dancer and would tip all of them when they were on stage. Anybody who wanted to talk, I would listen, offer sympathy or advice and just be friendly. It got to the point where, if 7 dancers were working, 4 of them would be hanging out with me. Outside the club I dated several, some were just friends I hung out with, occasional dinner or drinks, maybe going dancing, but no benefits. Unless you count the benefit of other women being curious about why some hot chick would be hanging out with me. A few others were fuck buddies.
My big secret was that I avoided talking about the obvious. When they were dancing for me, I'd let my eyes and my smile tell them what I thought, but when they were talking, I stayed away from talking about sex or their body. I'd give compliments on the other things, hair, hands, eyes, smile, or just the way she moves. I figure they hear comments about their tits and ass 50 times a day, I'd rather be the one who said something worth remembering. I didn't have the money to take the easy route, so I worked with what I had.
The downside to my approach was that only about 1 in 4 OTC meetings led to sex. The pluses were many. I rarely sat alone, occasionally got free meals or drinks in the club, never paid for the OTC sex and only paid for dinner and drinks OTC about 75% of the time. Had several dancers pay for dinner or drinks to thank me. I also had 4 different ones rent a room in my house, and 7 of them make use of, and pay for my professional services.

Just two people having an enjoyable time together. In one of these cases, we ended up having off the charts good sex that was not even planned. But, maybe that's because I thought extras were a myth and so may not have picked up on hints that they might be on the table. With hindsight, I recall a couple of instances where I might just have been too naive, thinking "surely this girl isn't offering what it seems like she's offering" and then letting the moment slip away from me.

I had a very stressful day last week and needed to blow off some steam. I met some friends at BBF and enjoyed a beer, good conversation, discussions of providers (mainly Lacy) and yes some fine looking ladies. However I was not finding the freckles I needed and had received a text earlier from a girl who had just come back to work at a local club and wanted me to drop by. I said my goodbyes to friends and headed north. I got off at the Pike and went on over to one of my old haunts. I made sure I was properly dressed in my baseball outfit. This petite, thin young blond dancer greeted me with a hug and a kiss. We had a couple of private dances and her body and slight freckles had me raging for more but, she has always been hit or miss and today she just wasn't into the game. While taking a break outside I talked with a very pretty freckled lady whom I had met in the past but not spent much time with. We went back inside and proceeded to the private dance area. Halfway through the first song I had rounded first base and moved to second. By the time the second song started I was past third base and headed towards home plate. Now I never really did get to hit home plate, it was more like a slide across it. I was concentrating on her pleasure not mine. Song ended and it was near the end of her shift and she told me how hungry she was. I was happy to buy her something to eat and during dinner she told me she was really wanting some intimate desert. Like I said, I am new to the club scene but I just can't see it being too normal for a girl to spend nearly 3 hrs with you unless you are throwing money at her. I did one private dance the who time. The rest of the time we spent out on the patio. The funniest part after she pulls my shirt up to see my freckles, she is asking to see if my dick had any. Of course I give her a line about showing her later. I figured she was just being a player / flirt. I wish I could have stayed until the end of her shift just to see for sure. The notable exception was a club in Cocoa Beach, FL. A Thai woman, who I discovered the next morning was pushing 50, latched onto me as soon as I walked in. After 45 minutes she told the manager she was done for the night and changed into her street clothes. She sat with me until closing time when she called a cab and took me home with her. I thought I was going to have to chew my arm off the next morning. She woke up talking about marriage.
