If they are using fake pictures, you can report them. Copy a link to the site they are lifted from, screen shot the page showing the pictures and they will be suspended until fixed. If it is a reoccurring issue, they will be banned. That also goes for those looking to sell pics / videos or asking for online only.

I don't believe this to be true, at all. There are no guidelines that girls are forced to consider meeting in person.

Also, I don't think they ban for using fake pics either. How do they know for sure that an IG model isn't on their site? They offer photo verification but don't require it.
