Basically you have to register this card online using a valid address + zip code (it can be your local panera or just some random house in the neighborhood).
Then when you pay for premium on SA, make sure you are using this same exact address so it matches, and payment will go through.

The only way I found around it is getting a new router (Do not use VPN, you will get automatically banned.) I usually go down to target and buy a new router for $45 which gets a fresh new IP assigned. Then you need to clear the cache / history of your browser completely, and use the Walmart gift card as form of payment. I buy the grey one, but I am sure they have other colors too. Make sure its Walmart brand and its not prepaid. You tell the cashier at the check out how much money you want on it.
