Reason #2 : the girls aren't hideous. They're relatively attractive. 7-8 level attractive physically. Add the great service and they get bumped up.

Reason #3 : the most important reason IMO. They're smart in that after giving their customers a fun time, they stress the importance of leaving a good review for them. That's what leads to the uptick in reviews for their place specifically.

The most successful spots I've visited followed these three steps. As long as the service is good, I'm cool with it.
