Same exact wording with a different pic in Ohio. I'd say this makes it very likely it's some kind of fake or scam.

The pic showed up on Craigslist ads in Cincinnati, Miami, New York, LA, Denver, and Phoenix all within the past 5 days. All those ads have been flagged for removal. Case closed. It's some sort of fake or scam.
