I made my way to Philly earlier this week and hit the K while it was still light out. Didn't see many girls out but ran into Katie who I first met in December and who went by Celly at that time. I had a bad experience with her in the summer and if I had realized it was her before taking off I would have dropped her off right away. I decided to try to make the best of it and asked if she knew a good place to go. We tried a couple of spots but I didn't feel comfortable and told her I would drop her back off. I offered something for her time but she wanted an unreasonable amount and I finally had to pull over and order her out of my car. She tried to make a scene and I thought it was going to get very uncomfortable but she finally got out and I drove away. That has only happened to me once before with Lauren when she was hurting. Picked her up on the south side as well. I've decided to be better prepared for that type of situation in the future. They have to have a reason for wanting to leave other than me yelling at them.
Overall I obviously had a great time but it was really only luck that I ran into Katie and she hooked me up with Heather. I really didn't see anyone else out. I dropped by the DD and 7-11 but didn't see anyone. Are there any particular times that those places are good to scope out?

After years of mongering in Brooklyn bronx queens manhattan I tried the K because of the total disentegration of hunts point and the other strolls. What the fuck. Every time I see a provider I duck down a side street for a comeback look and the next thing I know I'm redirected or delayed by stop signs red lights dead ends, one way streets out of know where, or streets that have weird angles that disorient you and get you lost. I seems like the traffic commissioner was given an endless budgit and went wild. This shit is funny. By the way, you people are great. NY is the we got beef capitol of the world.

Found Kate who sometimes uses the name Kelly on the northern part of the stroll, a block off K. I like them petite and Kate is certainly that. She was all bundled up but I'm guessing she's probably about 5'3" and not much more than 100 pounds. This is a girl Street Steve first reported on in September. Kate said business was slow. Friendly girl, doesn't seem hardened yet. Street Steve mentioned that she shows signs of having been well-raised (unlike some who seem raised by "a pack of wolves") and I agree. BBBJCIM was unrushed and pretty good. The girl got back out and walked back toward pike and the car dealership and got into a white Dodge Charger unmarked with a guy and a girl and drove off. Don't know exatcly what is going on but thought I should tell everyone.
Couldn't find a girl who I could stop for quick enough to pick up today. May try again Wednesday if Hottie Nicole doesn't PM me.

The girl who walked was undercover bait in the sting. Then she gets into an unmarked car w two others. Kind of obvious she wasn't an SW.

I was in that general area yesterday around K and the Bull dealer, I saw this shapely red head white female. Got the feeling she was working so I circled around to scope out the area then pulled into Buckius street. She followed down then once she got to the window I rolled it down. Now here is the strange part: I asked can I give you a ride and she responded "I'm dating" to which I told her let's just take a ride. She brought up the word date again so I. Declined and got the hell out of there. She either must have been new or a LE decoy.
