Another icy situation to try to avoid is the sleepyhead, a provider who's been without adequate sleep for a long time because of ice usage and now can hardly keep her eyes open. Unfortunately, sometimes that type of provider can appear wide awake and alert when you initially speak with her, but then gradually deteriorate after you agree to a date. A monger may want to terminate the date at that point (and risk an angry response from the provider), but on the other hand there are sleepy providers who can temporarily revive and perform well if they have more ice or some other stimulant available.
