Does anyone else find it peculiar that after the "police" visit that resulted in the "no playing in the theater" changes it only took a few days to move the screen, construct the playroom and the install the sling and "repaired" exam table yet it took them a couple weeks to get around to the relatively simple task of closing up the glory holes? Perhaps the police didn't notice the glory holes until they made a follow up visit? I'm sure that's it. Also kind of strange that the play room was closed for remodeling after only a short time in operation not to mention that the remodeling happened to coincide with the closing of the glory holes. Not to panic though, the spa and party room are still there and available for play (for an extra fee of course). I'm sure there will be plenty of "special events" and parties with DJ music and chicken wings to keep things fun as well. After all who is going to miss getting a cheap BJ when they can watch football on a 10 ft screen for only $35? Very well said !! It should be noted that the police never even entered the building. In fact it was mentioned the police only stopped one car which happened to be turning around and that drew the cops attention. Sounds to me like the owner really just wants that huge 200+ private parties at $55 or more. But will settle for the $35 for the spa on a slow night. This place sure came a long way from the $10 before 5pm and $15 afterwards. I wonder how much the price will be if no one shows up for a couple of months?

It could also be a ploy by management to make more money, answer me this, what is the difference weather the activities go on in the theater, a "private party room", the spa ,or the room behind the screen? Dont know about you guys. but if you got alot to loose such as good jobs, high profile individual I would stay away from this place till everything settles down.. I hope there wont or probably will not have a raid but you just dont want to be there if they come down hard with state or local authorities and Media.

Although I am very not much of a fan of the place (see previous post). one of my first guess would be due to alot of foot traffic in the place probably one of the office next to it must have called the authority. I think its always just been about the money. No one seen any letter and only one guy said they were stopped by a cop. The cop probably just wanted to go there for his own fun. I think what's really going on is the spa cost a ton of money to build. Management just inst getting it back from the $20 guys. Instead the real money is in the parties. So management is slowly trying to push everyone away from the $20 and into the spa and parties. They soon turn it into a membership only place at probably $40 a visit and parties at $75 Its always been only about the money.

What private gentleman club do you know of where cops have never ever busted? Cops can go anywhere they want to. And do you honestly think the owner would tell a cop he couldn't enter the place? As if any owner would ever say no. Gentleman clubs have a difference license so that would need changing. With all due respect, there have been many changes in the last year that have altered the nature of the enviroment at 15th. No playing in the theater. No nudity in the theater. No couch, swing, or exam table in the theater.

As for the booth area, my last visit was one week ago and the glory holes were closed up. If you want to play as a couple, you may do so, behind closed doors in a booth, but not in view of anyone else.

So where do you think Femcar and Nancy are going to play? Well, there is the private party room, I suppose. Will Femcar and nancy take the time and initiative to set that up and announce it? There is the spa, which to me is a little like booking an airline ticket these days. I pay one price, then if I want a towel, a room, a locker the fees add up. No sex in the shower by the way. So lets all crowd into a little room that someone has paid for.

So I ask again: Where are they going to play?

Is it the best thing going?: IMHO, no.

I have been lucky enough to attend Melrose events both by myself and in the company of other women. The thrill of Melrose was its spontinanity, and its openness. I enjoyed watching and being watched. Boinking Femcar on the exam table, listening to her moan, and almost tipping it over are great memories. I escorted two women there so they could give multiple blow jobs and be gangbanged before there was a "wolf pack" and the crowds were manageable. I was there multiple times with a woman that enjoyed playing in front of everyone. As far as I can tell, that type of atmosphere does not exist any longer.

It was a really good place for single guys who are normal excluded from teh swinging scene. And lets face it, you are not swingers, you're cheaters. You are swingers if you are bringing a partner to the party.

The LE thing is a very gray area. Did anything happen? Was anybody stopped? Have they visited? All questions that dont seem to have any clear answers. Can they go in if it is a private club? Of course they can. OC brings up the case of Elite Private Club in the River West area of Chicago. Long gone now. You can point to countless cases of cops going into biker clubs, Italian Social clubs, religous compounds. If they have the evidence, they can raid it. You want evidence? The owner has every right to run his business the way he wants to run it. We dont have to like it. He can change it, remodel it, change its focus, whatever he wants to do. If a restaurant changes its menu and takes your favorite item off the menu, you stop going. Thats what I intend to do.

I think one of my ATF's from 34 ended up working there for a short time (if that's the place that was close to the UC). I wish I could stop time, there were some damn nice girls that I wish were still chompin' on my bit.

Authorities can enter anyplace if they have reason to believe illegal/criminal activity is taking place. They may need a warrant if it is private, i.e. your house. But, if it is a public place, I doubt that they need a warrant especially if they OBSERVE illegal activity taking place. The question is the definition of "illegal activity".
