I hope this is within rules and I swear I'm not shilling. Anyways, I got script from https://www.lemonaidhealth.com which I found out from this forum. The visit itself cost $25 and was pretty quick. Then used goodrx coupon. Ten 20 mg pills for less than $10. And I get 10 refills without another doc visit.
No shady Indian sites, no BitCoin nonsense, no throwaway credit cards or checking accounts, etc.
Still have them.
Yes.
Guys before the government shuts this site down we should make contact to keep in touch.
Can you supply a link that supports this claim?
I found it on a site which referenced turmeric being increased with black pepper extract.
It didn't list viagra specifically, but did mention a list of PDE5 inhibitors and how that the pathway of bioavailability is enhanced with use of piperine.
Within the PDE5 wiki.
"PDE5 inhibitors are primarily metabolized by the cytochrome P450 enzyme CYP3 A4. ".
And a study to support piperine / black pepper preventing degradation of this enzyme.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12130727
In theory it should work if there's more of that enzyme to take in the PDE5 drug.
Just depends on other factors I guess that are further down the pathway. Those might not even be an issue if more degradation / blocking mechanisms exist.
Black pepper should work the same way I think.
Black pepper is said to contain around 5% piperine. 1 peppercorn weighs around 58 mg. So that means a peppercorn contains around 2. 9 mg of piperine.
That's in theory. I haven't found a study to corroborate the above, but the stuff is pretty darn cheap to not at least do a test run.
I don't have use for viagra, just an SSRI to prevent PE, which is why I was browsing this forum hoping for any insight. Was looking at dapox and somehow came across this thread.
Was just throwing that out there since these drugs can get expensive and having a cheap solution to increase the bioavailability of those drugs would be an asset if one could take less w / the same or increase outcome and end up saving $$.
Plus, black peppercorns can be got at the store if they work the same way as the black pepper extract.
Are all generic Viagra brands the same? Is it possible that one pill might not work on me or is it more likely that I got ripped off? I bought some generic stuff and it didn't do anything for me at all while a different generic brand did work. The brand that didn't work was called Aurogra 100 from Aurochem Pharmaceuticals. The one that did work was Cenforce 100 from Centurion Laboratories. Both were made in India and both claim to have 100 mg of Sildenafil Citrate.
Just for shits and giggles, I contacted two pharmacies to get their cash prices for 30,100 mg brand Viagra and generic Sildenafil tablets.
CVS
Brand Viagra: $1,949 ($64.97/ tablet).
Generic Sildenafil: $1,311 ($43.70/ tablet).
Walmart
Brand Viagra: $2,269 ($75.63/ tablet).
Generic Sildenafil: $866 ($28.87/ tablet).
I have some on hand. 50/100 mg. Real and generic.
Still have plenty.
You can also increase the absorption (bioavailability) by drinking grapefruit juice with the pills. And take them with NO other food. The grapefruit juice should be from frozen concentrate. In the studies, the investigators mixed one can of frozen grapefruit juice with only ONE can of water (double strength juice). Fresh juice appears to work also. Canned and bottled do not as the naringins that inhibit CYP3 A that breaks down sildenafil and tadalafil (viagra and cialis) are not present in canned and bottled grapefruit juice as they break down during pasteurization.
Also, if you want a good source of these drugs (as well as dapoxetine) try JCM pharmacy out of India. I have used them for years, the stuff is real and it works. Or you can contact a guy named "redbull691" on the ISG site, he ships from the UK, generally indian drug products.
I just got a shipment from JCM. Works like a charm, I ordered cialis (generic) and they threw in some generic viagra also. You have to use bitcoin to pay, but that is very easy to do using coinbase wallet. Cost less than $1 USD per 20 mg cialis tablet (I cut them in half and use 10 mg).
GG.
Where do I find this frozen grapefruit juice?

DOn't use bottled or canned GL juice, it is processed and does not contain the chemical that will increase the absorption of these drugs. Frozen OR fresh (you can eat the grapefruit or squeeze it).

I've always hung around my local board, and happened upon these other parts of the forums. I'm surprised no one has mentioned forhims.com, you can get a legal prescription via an online consultation. Answer some medical questions, and they'll want a selfie and picture of your I'd.
The site itself is pretty much a stylish startup type company targeting men for ED and hair loss products. It's a completely legit & easy way to get sildenafil, at about 3 bucks a pop for 20 mg. They mail to your door 10 pills a month every month for 3 months, and then you reup. You can cancel the re-fill if you don't want more. After 3 months, you have to do another consultation for a small fee.
Google the site if you aren't familiar with it, but I found this the easiest and painfree way without having to go make an appt and see a doc.

Ordered some from web site "Canadian Pharmacy" they came from India though, because they would accept MasterCard instead of BIT Coin received a phone call 15 minuets after I placed my order. Which was kind of weird the guy spoke fair English for a guy from India he asked yes or no questions to verify I had placed order. I paid extra for speedy delivery ordered on June 18 they were attempted to deliver at house June 26 but no one home to sign I was out of town and called the post office they held them I signed for them this morning July 5 I copied the tracking info below for anyone interested. Cost was 142 for 96 100 mg which I will split showed up as nondescript billing on bank statement. Packing was very nondescript. Date on meds was made in May 2018 I have been getting from a guy local for the last 4 years at about 4 bucks apiece and they are typically expired. Well took half of 1 about 3 hours after the old lady gave me a morning blow job and could feel the effects shortly and he was ready to go with minimal rubbing just as a test will see how things go later when she is home.
I would say the only odd thing was the phone call part which I am assuming they do to verify you did in fact order them which my imagination was running wild thinking about a swat team waiting for me. Feel free to PM me if you have question I am not typically on this board much.
"cut paste of tracking". Sorry I tried to make this easy to read but couldn't you can see the dates and stops if you read carefully.

No prescription, no appointments, etc. It's dirt cheap and it works, depending which one you buy.
Only draw back is sometimes it take long time (2-4 weeks) to ship and sometimes it's fast. Site is legit and people on this board had nice reviews about using that site.
I recommend to buy when theirs promotion like buy 1 get one free. I got like over 100 pills for less than $40, not sure what I'm going to do with that many LOL.

Is the price per mg lower than what you would pay in a US pharmacy? Definitely!
This past week I ordered for the very first time from RedBull691. You can find him on the international site (ISG). RB was very helpful, responded to all of my questions, and he never got upset even though I was the cause of dragging the process out! When I finally got my act together, I was able to get my shipment less than 7 days after he sent it. I think that is a really good delivery time considering I asked for my shipment to be sent to Ft Lauderdale Florida and he ships out of the UK. If you need something ask RedBull691. I know where I'll be getting my stuff from now on.

For the price of becoming a plus member, for the amount of sildenafill that I go through, it doesn't justify the cost being that I already am a member of Costco. It would be different if I had the money to partake in the hobby a couple of times a week. Damn, I need to figure out a way to get more $.
Guys, this website is legit, they ship you generic V direct from a huge Indian pharmaceutical manufacturer called Cipla. Look up Cipla if you have any doubts about how big they are or about the quality of their drugs. They are one of the worlds largest med producers.
I've used this company many times over the past few years and I've never had a single issue. You order and pay and you get your package in about 2 weeks. Also the prices are unbeatable. They do not require a prescription but they do ask for it. I have a script and used to send it in but now I don't, where it asks for it I just leave it blank and never had an issue.
They always double your order for free on Silagra (This is Cipla's generic Viagra) so if you order 50 you get 100 pills. Silagra is what I've been using for years, after first trying real brand name V, and I'll be honest, I like Silagra better. It seems to work a lot better for me and last way longer. I can go two rounds on this stuff easily and wake up the next day with junior pointing towards the ceiling which is not something that happens to me anymore normally.
50 pills (100 mg strength) cost 120 but you get 100 in your order, shipping is reasonable and you end up getting each 100 mg pill at about. $1.30 each.
Also this particular brand (Silagra) has a very nice split line down the middle of the pill and can easily be broken in half just with your fingers, unlike real Viagra which is hard as a rock and you need a pill splitter for. So it makes it super convenient if you only need 50 mg.
I don't work for this company and I know this post sounds like an ad but I've just been extremely pleased with this company and how they handle their business. I've never had any credit card fraud or any issues with them after ordering and I've even used their E-check (electronic check) option several times (to get free shipping deals sometimes). I can fully recommend them.
Here is the direct link to the Silagra product (100 mg of sildenafil. Active ingredient in Viagra).

I'm also attaching a picture of me personally holding one of the pills and the 4 pack package it comes in. I have not been hacked, this is really NEOSTUD posting this information and if you doubt me look up my posts on this site or even feel free to PM me. This is just a great company to get your generic V from.
Thanks for the info Neostud. Do they require a signature for delivery?
Thanks for the info Neostud. Do they require a signature for delivery?
I asked the question and then I clicked on the link. To protect yourself, you should use a throwaway phone number and a disposable email address. And you're correct, shipments from ADC require a signature.
Guys, this website is legit, they ship you generic V direct from a huge Indian pharmaceutical manufacturer called Cipla.
Cipla does not ship drugs directly to retail customers. There is at least one distributor, probably more, between Cipla and ADC. And shipments to US customers are no longer mailed from India. Recently, they have been mailed from Singapore and Mauritius, probably to avoid problems with US Customs.
Happy Days!
Got 10 Viagra 100 mg generic at Costco for about $26.00. I was shocked!
Pharmacist said the price just dropped a lot. They were very surprised.
I cut them in halfs or quarter and that is &1. 30 a dose or $. 65 per dose.
Going to put foreign suppliers out of business.

I used alldaychemist in the past to get the sildenafil (silagra 100 mg, as mentioned below). It was great, effective, and really cheap. It was also, however, really difficult to get. Between establishing a bitcoin wallet, buying bitcoin, transferring, and then waiting for about 2. 5 weeks to get my stuff, it is not a process I would like to repeat. I also had to use get a PO box because the package must have a signature, and I didn't want it delivered home to keep my activities secret. All told, this was a once off. I paid about $1. 50 per 50mg dose (If I recall correctly).
Considering the unusual pay scheme and logistics, I was really upset when I used all my supply of sildenafil. I waited about 2 weeks before implementing a new plan. I called up a legit telemedicine service and had a consultation. I was prescribed Viagra, but requested Revatio due to pricing. The doctor allowed this, and I had my prescription waiting at Walgreens. Walgreens is expensive, but so is revatio. You must use goodrx or the price is completely absurd. I paid about $63 for 30 pills or roughly $4 per dose. Yes, that is way more than ADC Silagra, but this entire process, from setting up a telemedicine account to getting my RX took less than 2 hours.
ADC is great if you've got the time, patience, and privacy to handle it, but otherwise, I will be getting generic revatio via consult with these folks. And if you are wondering, I used two 20 mg revatio tablets and they were as effective as an equivalent dose of authentic viagra or silagra.
