As a long time resident of colonie I have no idea why a business like that would open shop. It's have to be the worst place within a 100 mile radius. Colonie's police force and the Albany county sherrifs office aka an extended arm of the colonie police force shuts these places down usually pretty quick and then they parade your ass on the news. Even if I see a provider and she is staying in colonie I warn her to be extra careful. One provider agreed with me and said this is the worst place to come.
