The only lucky break he got was when the police search was ruled illegal and the prosecution could not use the evidence obtained, thus the reduction in charges. Still: he probably lost everything over this BS.

Funny thing is, I saw him get arrested out in Waukesha a few weeks ago. He was swimming / bathing in one of the ornamental fountain / pools along the river. Cops came to arrest him, turns out it was not the first time they'd busted him doing it. Meanwhile, the lady spent a good 20 minutes arguing with the cops over the fact that there were no signs posted saying "no swimming".

But being that we only know what has been reported by the local news media; there is the possibility that the prosecutors grossly overcharged him, hoping something would stick, and distortion by the media. Both of those, overcharging and media sensationalism, are quite common. To the point where those of us on the sidelines sometimes have a hard time following the game.

So; to make a judgement call based only on charges filed and media reports could be an error.

It sick.[/QUOTE]Taking pictures of six and seven year olds having sex is child pornography and is indeed sick, however, taking naked pictures of a bunch of street walkers and LE is able to prove that one of them was only seventeen when the pictures were taken, would also qualify as child pornography. I have a feeling that is what is happening here.
