Well I can see why the feds might be looking over the streets. Human Trafficking is a big deal as of now. With a high population of Spanish, and other folks living in the city it does make sense for sure. Given the large volume of drugs in the area makes it another reason Federal Authorities might be looking.

I'm not convinced the Human Trafficking angel is paramount in the area. I am sure any public response to anything illegal by those offices would ring clear to the public and news media. Justify your existence and marginally disrupt any illegal activities you can.

Had a chance to roll through the area at 11-pm and somewhat quiet. Visited the usual areas and not lots shaking. After about 40 minutes out jumped Shelly. I typically would see a girl my eye contact and then turn at the nearest side street and wait. Rarely pick up on broadway unless its my regular. However the quality lately has been way down.
