I was just in LV and I in fact called the number 702-787-3723 and just got a mailbox full message so I just moved on to the next number on my list and got lucky there.
I flew in Monday and was too tired that night, Tuesday I felt rested so I went out. Wednesday night I felt too tired still to try again, so I just put in my work time, Thursday night left hotel just after midnight and got home this morning, so trip was short.
Tuesday night I went to an Asian incall. This was a Korean in her 30s (looked like), 5'2-ish, little thick, no beauty queen, looked like she was living in the apartment. No rush 1.2.

It was actually quite a decent experience; not quite what I'd grown accustomed to living in the SF Bay area for many years, but still well worth it. Actually - it sounds like the guy was being honest. How much time you get is up to the girl in almost every case. Most of these places just take the calls, supply the room and take a cut of the fee. They aren't in the business of getting repeat clients or even having the same girl for more than a week at a time. It sucks - but it is what it is.

Truth is, once you post something for everyone to see, it becomes fair game. One of the risks we all take.
