I'm not going to lie, when I was younger I tried my share of substances that I should not have. Almost without fail though, after the pleasure of the experience, I was met with a certain sense of guilt. An awareness that "hey, that was a little too much fun last night. If something is that damn fun, it's probably dangerously addictive". I think I'm prone to getting addicted to things, I'm just very good at invoking my practical side to bail me out before I get too deep. Why am I able to do that? Basically because my family, the people I loved most, made it very clear to me as a child that if I ever became a druggie I was no longer to be a part of their life. They scared me straight before I went sideways.

Naturally, that strategy would not have worked if my parents had a fucking joint hanging off their lip when they said it! But I knew they meant it and the fear of being exiled from my family was all the motivation I needed.

I'll bet either her mother or father had some sort of addiction / bad lifestyle choices too.[/QUOTE]I don't know Muneka's upbringing situation, but I do know that the moment someone becomes a mother, nature has a way of alerting them to the fact that they now have responsibilities in life that they didn't have before. Many women have a strong enough maternal instinct that they will do anything to ensure the safety of their kids (something they obviously cannot do when they are high, in a coma, or dead). When they care enough about their kids, there is not a drug on the planet powerful enough to convince them their kids safety does not matter. But there of course is a cultural shift that says "hey, if you get killed from your habits someone else will raise your kids for ya, no problem", and more and more it seems the young people in the USA have less and less reason to resist that cultural shift.

Regardless of who's right or wrong or trolling, It's about life and death. This game has a dark side that raise's its ugly head once in awhile such as this murder. It can be debated until the cows come home but we should try to learn from any shit that goes down to keep US safe when we are playing the game. This topic obviously is at a point to agree to disagree.

The Raleigh police seem to not have fallen for the Massage Boards discrimination. It seems they have real work to do. They actually solve real crimes, and don't arest girls at Spas for giving foot massages. Apex, Cary, and other small towns seem to have fallen for it. If you are Asian it is almost impossible to get a license. Many have tried few succeed. Many great massage therapists have left the state and gotten licenses from other states without the discrimination that is here. The small town cops go for a massage. If the get more they are attested for prostitution. If they get nothing it's resisting arrest. If they get a massage it's giving a massage without a license.

Some of these cops seem to have nothing better to do and are pawns of the Massage Liciensing Board. I guess it having too many police in towns with low real crime rates.

Somebody, really needs to do some investigation of them and their collusion and own violation of the discrimination laws. But guess what, no one has the balls to do it.

There's a big problem with the whole massage licensing structure. I'm an older guy who has discovered the benefits AMPs offer after many years enjoying legit massage from a legit provider whom I grew close to during 30 years of massages. She's now retired, and was doing massage in the 1970's before licensing laws were passed in NC. She always thought the laws unnecessary, but did not like being seen as a possible "prostitute" and kind of liked the licensing at first. But later she became bitter about the ongoing license cost and the requirements for continuing education, which she was convinced was driven by the need of the massage schools for an ongoing revenue stream from licensed therapists having to take classes. So, along with the natural conflict of interest by the board there is a drive to extract money from people who make not make much and don't need extra training.

AMPs vary in their offerings, but the best Asian massages are intensively therapeutic, with a freedom in their moves and techniques most legit folks can't approach. And as this site notes, the AMP world offers many additional therapies, not all of them offered anywhere else. .

LE used the courts to seize the website and probably gained membership information on those posting. That information gained lead to charges of "promoting prostitution" because TRB was a "free advertising platform for adult workers". USASG is based overseas where our federal system has no jurisdiction. A USASG member's profile only has a e-mail address and hopefully your email is generic, which can't be linked to your personal information. USASG can't be subpoenaed to give up information in court and anything said on this site is really just hearsay that can't be proven.
