Not really an AMP but that was where it popped up so I will put it here. Typical Standard apt fee. I get there and make the donation. 2 girls to choose from. I wanted one and got stuck with other. She kept saying I no understand Engwish. After a few minutes small head took over. She then said other girl just took someone. So I said fine. CBJ, Cowgirl, mish, oops finger in butt. She said "Wú gāng Wú gāng Wú gāng" I said "I don't understand Chinese sorry. Does that mean you want more in ass? Pounded for full hour. Next tim she will understand other girl.

When I went to leave, all of a sudden she understood and had me come out to review other girl who was already packed and getting ready to go to airport and fly back to China. She reads these boards (and undoubtedly this post) for whomever she is working for to see what is posted. When both of those places were closed, she said the one officer had printouts of reviews with names and activities, and aggressively questioned the gals about the content.
Now I love these boards as much as anyone, but this bothers me. Evidently there is one guy up here from NOVA who built his rep down there and now is working the greater charm city area.
I don't know the answer, but I do most of my stuff via PM, which is not ideal at all.

Maybe we post in Billings Montana or Keokuk Iowa where the local LEOs do not roam. Ginger has the scoop, they read the boards and plan their busts based on reviews. PMs are more secure, but if you post a review and get 100 PMs, it's problematic deciding to whom to reply.
This has come up so many times it ain't funny. This is not the only board with reviews so what we do here has little effect, I believe. I also believe that the driver of these police actions are community complaints and once they are made the police must take action. I have flip flopped like a fish on the deck on this issue so we should use prudence but even the coded talk doesn't fool anyone and "PM me for details" doesn't either. So what are we to do but use this site for what it is about and any admin will tell you what that is.

People can post reviews of spots without too much details to keep the location under the radar.

LE simply doesn't have the money to initiate action based on postings of our dreams, fantasies, and locker room BS. Our posts could trigger community complaints and they certainly give LE some ammunition to hassle anyone found inside an AMP during a visit. I seriously doubt any posting or PM would ever appear in a court hearing.
For those of us who have sufficient communication skills and solid relations, it could do some good to remind (or inform) these women that it is best to stay silent with the police. I really don't know how many of the girls have that basic training.
I'd like to understand the differences between Baltimore and other cities where AMPs are far more available and do not seem to be hassled by police (Queens / Flushing, Orlando, Tampa, and formerly Philadelphia). I see little written about Flushing and Orlando, but Tampa is an open book and has some of the best, long lasting, and most widely visited AMPs in the USA.
As far as PM'ing the good stuff, you never really know who you are writing to. I've been posting on this board for over a decade and although I PM with several people, I trust only two with the best details.
Although round table discussions and block crawls were once common with Baltimore mongers, there is now data that demonstrates how such gatherings can be ULE actions. I've never met a monger through this website, please be cautious if you do.
Locating an AMP next door to a private residence is never a good idea. The location certainly did not help matters.

The neighbors are vigilant and contact LE frequently. A few years ago they video'd people coming and going from a spot in a building that I thought was a very discreet location. All the places come and go quickly. The Cockeysville precinct is right off York Rd and they are not shy. There is a new one I know for a fact they are watching. Be careful.
Private residence, if that's not bad enough, there was a place on Crain Hwy which was next to a hair salon. They were only there for about a month before they were raided. I don't think that they pressed charges, but they did close up shop. American girls working for a Russian couple. With all of the chatter boxes at the salon, I'm surprised that they lasted that long! Someone please explain how 905 stays open and how 530 stays open. The only explanation I can think of is that 1. They are not in residential areas or 2. They have paid off someone and continue to pay them off every month. Any competition that pops up and doesn't want to play the game gets shut down after a few weeks.

They back up to a residential area. The folks that live there, and there are many, have complained but nothing happens. Use basic logic and you can figure it out. Cockeysville is a different animal. Over the past 3 years any place that opens is shut quickly. For years places like Baco, the little house next to the gas station south of Padonia and the Russian place across the street (it was great) existed just fine but the hammer came down on them as well as others and all the new places that popped up.
I know that the county LE keeps a very close eye on this activity north of the beltway. The cheap hotel rooms up the 83 corridor are all being watched closely and I have seen the cop cars in their parking lots. I would stay away from any hotel that has a door from the outside going into the room. I think the days of 905 are numbered.
I think I have been to the place in Pikesville you are referring to. There is a house right off the road. No one can sneak up on that place. I actually saw a firefighter leaving there one time when I was coming in. Good girls, nice service but a, little pricey.
905 was raided and closed a few years ago. It was closed for a couple of months before reopening. There was quite a bit of discussion on here at the time. A month or so prior to the bust, I had my car parked in front, when I came out a State LE pulled up behind my car and took down my plate. I don't know the purpose, I was never pulled over and never received any type of notice. Just an FYI. I have been back a time or two since they reopened, but not nearly as often as I used to. IMHO the level of service has not been the same since the reopen. I didn't take notes or keep a file so consider the time span an estimate.
A couple of side thoughts:
Since my experience with LE above, I don't go AMPs that are located where you have to park in a lot that is only theirs. I park away, and walk in. I don't want my plates ending up on a list kept by some inter-agency task force list. A bit paranoid I know, but that's my MO.
To remember the old 905 in a fond way. There used to be a gal there named Judy. She was older with a butter-face. Mongers mentioned a few times about asking for someone else or even leaving if there wasn't another choice. I gave her a chance and treated her nicely and always had a tremendous time with her. Instead of rushing she seemed to like to prolong things. She would take me to the edge at least three times a session, then back off, returning to massage. I would pay for an hour and usually end up getting 1 1/2 - 2 hours. I saw her many times and she will always be on my top ten list.
Speaking of older. Someone mentioned Baco recently. Anybody remember and older provider named Lee? Decent massage but had huge gumdrop nips. I would like to find a set like those again if anyone knows where they might be available send me a PM.

I was on my way through Baltimore the other night when a meeting I was counting on fell through. I didn't feel like doing a bunch of research, so I found a place on BP, called the number, and was texted the address. A quick visit the the forum turned up two okay reviews, so I bit. I opted for an hour of four hand, and had two decent-looking middle-aged gals. They would't shut up, and I wish I'd had Frank Costanza there to translate, since I'm guessing at least some of the chatter was negative. The massage was okay, and I got some decent roaming on the flip. (They weren't keen on cavity searches, and I was too tired and had spent too much money already throughout the day to press the issue.).
Overall, the gals were a short-haired C-cup 7/10, and a thin, long-haired older A-cup 6/10. I'm glad to have finally indulged in the four-hand thing, and now my interest is satiated- I'll stick to the two-hand (or the one-hand and save myself some dough)!

A real coincidence that I was about to ask about 5107. I have been once, and got the older one, for sure. Although I didn't see the younger to compare. Paid minimum and got minimum. I went once after TBC closed and had great service from a good looking white girl. I was a little sketched out by the police offices but the little head took over. I didn't go back because of that and they were busted not long afterward. I would really like to find a good non-Asian place with extras in the north Baltimore area. Anyone know such a place? Only went twice. Didn't have much luck there either time. TBC was better for me.

Even though these CAMP usually only have below average providers, I only wish one day we have more operators in the area to drive up the competition and we as the customers can enjoy better services.

They will be open until the cops get pissed off or the parlor get tired off paying the fee every month.

If someone could PM me and just let me know how to decipher things like "1416" etc. , that would be most helpful.
If you want to just go ahead and PM me a few recommendations with details, that would be even more helpful, but I don't want to come across as "that guy" who wants to be led to water and have the cup held to his lips too.
Also I can share helpful information on Chicago and Houston for anyone here that might visit either of those cities.

Welcome to Charm City, Dia. Lots of great mongering to enjoy. With that said, I'm not sure what 1416 means myself TBH. But just to let you know, since you posted in this section: the DMV (DC / MD / VA) AMP scene is pretty much killed off. The heydays was like 10 years ago. It is all 40-50-60 year old mamasans nowadays around here. The young 20's and 30's, you won't find. You have to fly to Philly or NYC for that. But strip clubs, SWs, and online is pretty ripe for the picking.

Note to noobs out there with less than 10 postings expecting free handouts and too lazy to do any homework: Dia is a great example of what you should be doing: RTFF! Then ask what you don't understand.

I posed this on the Jessup board recently, but it's worth repeating. This is the reason HoCo set up LEO stings. They didn't just do this randomly; it was a response to a brutal robbery where a provider was tied up and left in a room. In other words, it's more to catch thugs than johns. I agree with the others on here who noted this is ruining it for everyone.
